These terms
These Terms of Use apply when you use veyrapacific.com (the "Site"), including the free website audit, the call booking page and the client portal at portal.veyrapacific.com. The Site is run by Veyra Pacific ("Veyra Pacific", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse, read and share the Site. Please don't:
- Try to break, overload or get around the Site's security, rate limits or spam checks
- Scrape the Site or the audit tool at scale, or use automated tools to run audits in bulk
- Submit false information, or book calls in someone else's name
- Use the Site for anything unlawful or to harm others
We may limit or block access for anyone who misuses the Site.
The free audit
The audit at veyrapacific.com/audit checks publicly available parts of a website, such as its homepage, robots.txt, sitemap and llms.txt, and gives a score with suggestions. Please keep in mind:
- It's guidance, not a guarantee. Scores are based on our own checklist. Search engines and AI assistants use their own systems, which we don't control and which change often.
- It sees only part of a site. It doesn't measure rankings, backlinks, full page speed or what any AI assistant currently says about a business.
- Code snippets are starting points. Review and test them before adding them to a live website, and fill in the bracketed details accurately. You're responsible for changes made to your own site.
- Use it fairly. It's meant for checking your own website, or a site you have a legitimate reason to review.
Booking a call
Booking a call reserves a time with us. It doesn't create a contract for any work. Please give accurate details and use the links in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel if your plans change. We may reschedule or cancel a call if something comes up, and we'll let you know as soon as we can.
Prices and information
We work hard to keep the Site accurate, but it's general information about our services and about search and AI. It isn't legal, financial or other professional advice. Prices and package details on the Site may change. The price and scope that apply to a project are the ones in the proposal and agreement you accept.
Client projects
Website projects, care plans and other services are covered by a separate written agreement between Veyra Pacific and the client. That agreement sets out the scope, price, payment terms, timelines, ongoing care, ownership of the finished work and anything else specific to the project. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed client agreement, the client agreement wins.
The client portal
The portal at portal.veyrapacific.com is for current clients. When you use it:
- Keep your sign-in private. Sign-in links are sent to your email address and are meant only for you. Don't forward them, and tell us if you think someone else has access.
- Only send what you're allowed to share. Change requests, screenshots and files you send should be yours or something you have permission to use, and shouldn't include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
- Requests are worked through under your plan. Sending a request doesn't by itself guarantee when or how it will be done. Your care plan or agreement sets out what's included.
We may suspend portal access if it's misused or when a client relationship ends.
Our content
The Site's design, text, graphics, logo, code and the audit tool belong to Veyra Pacific or the people who license them to us. You may share links to the Site and quote short passages with credit. You may use your own audit report and its suggestions for your business. Please don't copy the Site, its design or the audit tool to build your own service without our written permission.
Our name and logo are our trademarks. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your business.
Other services and links
The Site uses and links to services run by others, such as video-call, calendar and email providers, and the websites you choose to audit. We're not responsible for those services or their content, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
No guarantees
The Site and its free tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise they will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. We also don't guarantee search rankings, mentions or citations by AI assistants, leads or revenue, from the Site, the audit or our services, because those depend on systems and decisions outside our control.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Veyra Pacific isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site or its free tools. Our total liability for any claim about the Site or its free tools is limited to $100. These limits don't apply to anything the law doesn't allow us to limit, and liability for client work is set out in the client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the new terms.
