Who we are
Veyra Pacific ("Veyra Pacific", "we", "us") is a digital marketing studio that designs and builds websites optimized for search engines and AI answer engines. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit veyrapacific.com (the "Site"), contact us, or become a client.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you email us or use the request form on our Support page, we receive what you choose to include, such as your name, email address, company, website address and the content of your message. The Support form does not send data to our servers; it opens your own email app with the message pre-filled, and we receive it only if you send it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data needed to deliver and secure the Site, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. If we use website analytics, we use a privacy-focused, cookieless service that reports aggregate visit counts and does not build a profile of you.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect payment card details on this Site, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
Free website audit
When you use the free audit at veyrapacific.com/audit, we fetch the public homepage, robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt of the website address you enter, score them, and show you the result. We do not save the address or the results, and we do not ask for your name or email. To prevent abuse, the number of audits from one IP address is limited for a short time, and our hosting provider may briefly log the request as part of normal operations.
Booking a call
When you book a call at veyrapacific.com/book, we store:
- Your name, email address and business name
- Your website address and anything you tell us you'd like to cover, if you choose to add them
- The meeting time, the time zone you chose, and the video call link
- Basic records of the booking, such as when it was made, rescheduled or cancelled, and which reminder emails were sent
Why: to hold the time for you, send your confirmation, calendar invite and reminders, let you reschedule or cancel, and prepare for the call. We don't use these details for marketing unless you ask us to.
How long: booking details are deleted automatically 12 months after the meeting time. If you become a client, what we need for the project is kept under Client project data and How long we keep it.
Who processes it: bookings are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts the Site. The booking is added to our own calendar, which may be Google Calendar (Google), Microsoft 365 or Outlook (Microsoft) or iCloud Calendar (Apple), so those providers process the meeting time and your details on our behalf. Emails are sent through Brevo. The video call runs on Google Meet (Google) or another video provider named in your invite, which processes what you share during the call under its own privacy terms. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the booking form is used by a person, not a bot, and limits how many requests one connection can make.
On your device: to save you retyping next time, your browser remembers your name, email, business and website, and any time zone you picked, in its own local storage. Nothing is sent to us until you book. Use the "Not you?" link on the form, or clear this site's data in your browser, to remove it.
The links in your emails let you reschedule or cancel without an account. They are unique to your booking and stop working a day after the call, so please don't forward them.
How we use it
- To reply to your questions and provide quotes
- To schedule and hold the calls you book with us
- To deliver projects and support for clients
- To send invoices and keep business and tax records
- To keep the Site secure, working and fast
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful
We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to, and every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
Cookies & analytics
The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Site from abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law. We disclose information only:
- To service providers who help us run the business (for example web hosting, email, calendars, video calls, invoicing and payment processing), under obligations to protect it. For booked calls these are Cloudflare, Brevo, Google, Microsoft and Apple, as described in Booking a call
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public
- As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, with notice to you
Client project data
When we build or support a website for a client, we may access content, accounts and analytics that belong to that client. We use that access only to deliver the agreed work, and the client remains in control of their own website, data and visitors' information. Each client's website has its own privacy policy covering its visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, generally no longer than two years if no project begins. Booked-call details are deleted 12 months after the meeting time. We keep client and billing records for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don't do either)
- Not be treated differently for exercising these rights
To make a request, email privacy@veyrapacific.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time the law requires.
Security
The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and we limit access to client and enquiry information to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you share with us.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
